We loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was convenient, close to local areas and not too far from the city center. The best aspect was the restaurant. The food was delicious and of great quality. We especially enjoyed the vegetarian options. the view of the Meenakshi Temple from the roof garden was amazing.

Friendly staff and manager. Large and clean room. Perfect for a one or two days stay while visiting Madurai.
While not far from the center, it takes a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes rickshaw to get to the center area.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Madurai. the location was perfect, very close to the famous Meenakshi temple, and we had a beautiful view of the temple from our room's roof garden. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of South Indian dishes to choose from. the hotel also had a travel desk that arranged a cab for our trip to Tiruchendur. a wonderful experience.
The fittings in the bathroom were not in the best condition.

Location
They could not belief that my stay was shortened by 1 day, they were not ready for advance chequeout with out 3 days payment. Finally told me to sattle with Booked.net even after showing the mail I recieved from Booked.net for reduced charges. Now I will make cheque payment after recieving directions.

Staff are well and their behaviour are better than their appearance.
rental car charge is heigher side and guest pick up and drop facility should bee free of cost from their side which was not there.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious with a good variety. The front office manager is polite and cooperative. The location is convenient and safe.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Madurai, which was conveniently located and offered great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The hotel also provided a delicious complimentary breakfast that exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail and excellent service made my stay a truly enjoyable experience.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find anything to complain about.
